Analyzes traffic reports generated from Traffic Engineering and makes recommendations concerning Network plans based off these reports.
Review all capacity issues related to the CFL/NFLmarket.
Analyze , discuss Network issues and make recommendations for routing, growth, forecasting and network architecture with Traffic Engineering.

Responsible for researching multiple databases (Netpro, TCOMS, F&E, MECCA) to match circuits from the LEC bills to Verizon Business systems. Updating spreadsheets with information that is found in the databases and placing the circuits in the proper status (disconnect needed, match found).

 

6/2006 – 1/2007 Telecom Specialist, Hudson Contracting Company – Publix

Coordinate the installation and maintenance of all retail related telecommunication equipment. Coordinate miscellaneous orders for moves, adds and changes. Responsible for entering data in the telecom inventory database. Responsible for assisting incoming callers in reaching the proper person or department for resolution of their issues. Mark all plans for new stores.

11/1998 – 3/2006    Sr Provisioner/Designer for data circuits for MCI’s State of Florida, Georgia & New York and Carrier  accounts

Review and analyze sales order for understanding of the customer’s network. Perform analysis of nearest facility to order circuits from, based on NPA-NXX. Order facilities from the appropriate Local Exchange Carriers and Interexchange Carriers via ASRs and other order methods. Follow up on orders placed to ensure LEC receipt and delivery of service on desired due date. Escalate ASRs with vendors whenever there are facility or process problems. Perform research and analysis of busy CFA before changing an assignment. Assign circuits across Intermedia’s infrastructure and MCI’s infrastructure using the facility assignments database. Determine and order necessary equipment and arrange for installation through vendors. Create and distribute the circuit work package to the appropriate service delivery and field personnel. Monitor network bandwidth and alert Supervisor/Network Engineering when facilities are limited. Maintain appropriate databases in accordance with job responsibilities. Attended meetings with Sales, LEC Relations and Process Development as necessary. Administered on-the-job training to new employees. Worked on the 4WM (4 Way Match) project.

3/1996 -  10/1998Circuit Provisioner, Intermedia Communications

Responsible for ensuring provisioning to the most cost effective facilities, submitting ASR’s and LSR’s using ASR97, Procomm Plus BDS Telis and Service Gate. Interfaced with various LEC’s and IXC’s for circuit ordering and turn up. I was also made Lead Provisioner in 1996 and was responsible for training new employees on the proper procedure for provisioning. Have knowledge on provisioning of all data circuits including 56K, fractional T1’s, full T1’s, internetwork PVC’s and also NNI’s.

Filed copies of DLR’s, PVC DLR’s. Responsible for making copies of work orders for the designers and putting folders together to be worked and also getting the final work order package together for approval.

6/1990 – 8/1995Records Clerk, Plant City Police Department

Responsible for inputting all traffic citations and offense reports into the system for records. Filed various arrest records. Also responsible for waiting on customers that came in for copies of their reports. Sent monthly reports to Tallahassee for all events that happened each month.
